Our end of tenancy, lettings, and builder cleans are designed for properties that need a full reset and a high standard finish before handover. These cleans are ideal for:

Our service is charged at £60 per duo hour. A duo hour means both of us clean together, allowing us to complete larger and more detailed cleans efficiently while maintaining a consistently high standard throughout the property. Having two cleaners means faster turnaround times, better attention to detail, and less delay between the clean and the property being ready.
For no-view or urgent bookings, we work to a simple time allowance guide based on property size, with a minimum booking of 2 duo hours:
• 1 bedroom property – from 2 duo hours
• 2 bedroom property – from 3 duo hours
• 3 bedroom property – from 4 duo hours
• 4+ bedroom property – quoted based on size and condition
Final time is always confirmed based on the condition of the property and the level of cleaning required, helping avoid unexpected costs while keeping flexibility for agents and builders managing quick turnarounds.
Where possible, we still prefer to provide a quote in person first so we can properly assess the property and requirements.
We provide all cleaning products and equipment as part of our service, unless there is something specific you would prefer us to use within the property.
Duo Vela is intentionally kept as a two-person team rather than a larger company. This means our clients always know exactly who is attending the property, allowing us to provide consistency, reliability, and a more personal standard of service.
