2. Cleaning Services only

Bookings

Cleaning services are arranged directly with clients and confirmed in advance. By confirming a booking, you agree to the scheduled date, time, and agreed service.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property. Any keys, entry codes, or instructions are handled with strict confidentiality.

Payments

Payment for cleaning services is made via bank transfer (BACS). Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be chargeable.

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we believe conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, Duo Vela is not liable for:

* Pre-existing damage
* Wear and tear
* Items not securely fixed or in fragile condition

Any concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the service.

3. Online Store Only

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payments for online purchases are securely processed via third-party providers. Duo Vela does not store full payment details.
